When Rachel walked in our door here at Gown Boutique of Charleston we were instantly drawn to her sweet and carefree personality and knew that we had to find her the perfect dress for her May wedding at Harborside East. There are weddings that when you look back at the photos the love and laughter caught in each picture is tangible and just leaps off the screen at you, this was absolutely one of those weddings!
GBC: What did you love most about your gown?
Rachel: I loved that my gown was very unique.. Not overstated or over-the-top. It just suited me from the moment I put it on. It was so fun, perfect for a Cinco de Mayo fiesta!
GBC: What is the most memorable moment from gown shopping experience?
Rachel: The most memorable part of my shopping experience is that I got to do it in Charleston, with my favorite women of all time. My nana, my mum, and my sister.. I wouldn’t have felt like wedding dress shopping if it weren’t for them!
GBC: What is the most memorable moment from your wedding day?
Rachel: Oh gosh! Too many to count. I distinctly remember every single moment leading up to walking down the aisle.. The jitters, the mild nausea.. I wanted to harness every second of that day and make it last forever but I also could not wait to be married. Best/most anxious moment of my life for sure!
GBC: Is there anything else you want to share about planning your wedding or wearing your gown?
Rachel: I loved every part of wearing this dress! My only regret is that I might only wear it once!
