Once you submit your appointment request form one of our expert stylist will reach out to you via a phone call to get a little more info about your wedding day and to book your appointment.
Gown Boutique of Charleston is closed on Sunday and Monday.
At Gown Boutique of Charleston we want to exceeds every brides expectations and that starts from the moment they schedule their bridal appointment with us. We provide a personalized 2 hour one-on-one experience with an expert stylist. Stylist will spend time talking with the bride and her entourage about their big day, as well as important details like budget, gown must haves and educating the bride on silhouettes and design details.
Since appointment times are reserved just for you and your guests, making it unavailable to other future brides, we do require a fee to reserve your time slot. The fee is $50 and will go toward's the brides dress purchase. In the event a bride needs to cancel her appointment or does not find her gown, this fee is considered a cancellation and/ or appointment fee and is non-refundable. This is standard practice at boutiques across the country that offer the level of service that we believe in. We can not wait to help you find your gown!

We understand that some brides may want to bring more people than the allowed amount of 4-5 guests or can only shop on a Sunday. So this is why we offer a Private Appointment option.

During a Private Appointment brides will have a personalized 2 hour, one-on-one experience with an expert stylist. Stylist will spend time talking with the bride and her entourage about their big day, as well as important details like budget, gown must haves and educating the bride on silhouettes and design details.
Since these appointment times are reserved just for you and your guests, on a day that we are closed and a staff member has taken time from their personal time to come in, we do require a fee to reserve your time slot. The fee is $250 and will $100 of that fee will go toward's the brides dress purchase. In the event a bride needs to cancel her appointment or does not find her gown, this fee is considered a cancellation and/ or appointment fee and is non-refundable. This is standard practice at boutiques across the country that offer the level of service that we believe in. We can not wait to help you find your gown!

When we give you the exciting call that YOUR beautiful gown has arrived we set you up for a TRY on and TAKE appointment. These appointments are 30-45 minutes in length. This is a great time to also look at veils, jewelry and hair accessories if you have not done that yet. You will leave the store with your dress in hand and ready to take it to one of our partnered seamstresses to have it fitted for your big day!
