Chelsea’s Classically Chic Fall Wedding

Chelsea and Josh tied the knot in an elegant ceremony at St. Luke’s Chapel followed by a reception at the I’on Meeting House where the dance floor stayed full and the love was felt all around. Chelsea had a very specific vision for both her wedding and her dress and hoped that The Gown Boutique of Charleston would help her bridal gown dreams come true!

Thompson-couple-doorGBC: What was a memorable moment from your gown shopping experience?

Chelsea: How stress free and FUN it was. I told Meghan what I was looking for and the 3rd dress I tried on, BAM! She hit the nail on the head. We got to spend the majority of my consult taking pictures and sipping champagne, it was awesome!

GBC: What did you love most about your gown?

Chelsea: UGH. EVERYTHING. I felt amazing in my dress. I was so nervous that the dress style I was dreaming of wouldn’t look good on me and it only looked good on models! The material and entire design was flattering and I never wanted to take it off!

GBC: What was a memorable moment from your wedding day?

Chelsea: I had the most perfect day. The morning getting ready was fun and easy going, from the bus ride to the chapel with my girls, of course Josh’s face when he first saw me and then being up on the altar smiling ear to ear with him, to dancing the night away  (seriously the dance floor was PACKED) the day was beautiful and all the hard work paid off and it was SO FUN!!!

GBC: Is there anything else you want to share about your gown or planning for your big day?

Chelsea: Thank you GBC for your help. Your team was amazing from start to finish, everyone was SO sweet, and you all do phenomenal work!!!

Congratulations to the newly wedded Noles!
