Brides – Aggie’s Wintry Island House Wedding

When you are celebrating your wedding in the winter in Charleston, you must fashion yourself a perfect mix of Charleston beach and winter magic. For bride Aggie, she chose to tie the knot at the Island House on Johns Island.  She surrounded by herself with family, close friends, and the gorgeous waterfront setting.

Aggie designed her gown with separate pieces by Martina Liana, and the help of our awesome team. Her illusion lace top was paired with a full tulle skirt for a fun, romantic feel! To further match her venue at the Island House, Aggie accessorized her gown with a pretty floral headpiece.

Q&A with the Bride

GBC: What did you love most about your gown?
Aggie: I love how customizable it was. My gown a part of the Martina Liana collection; it was everything I dreamed of and more!

GBC: Any advice you have for other brides or anything to share about your wedding planning experience?
Aggie: Don’t be afraid to try on different styles! Going into dress shopping, I knew I wanted a mermaid style dress, but ended up getting the opposite!
